In the Upper Chesapeake region, families don't always have choices when it comes to safe, affordable and quality homes or apartments. Home Partnership Inc. does just that. We own and develop properties that are well-managed for today, tomorrow and into the future, as families seek opportunities to move-up to home ownership, or move-down, when they're ready. Home Partnership Inc. looks to help with many different season's in a person's life and
we look to do that well.
Home Partnership Inc. and its affiliate work with communities to create and revitalize distressed properties into signature projects. Most recently, Home Partnership Inc. teamed up with local and national partners to re-develop the former Cecil County Jail into 53 bright and vibrant apartments for seniors. Apartments are targeted to low and moderate-income households so rents are affordable, and help many citizens stay in communities where they have friends and families.
Purchase/Rehab Program
Under the Purchase/Rehab program, Home Partnership Inc. offers superior rehabbed homes for-sale throughout the upper Chesapeake region to income eligible families. Homes are multiple-listed and are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
