Buying a home is a big deal, whether you're doing it for the first time or getting back into the ever-changing market. When you educate yourself for smart homeownership with Framework, you'll navigate every step of the process with confidence. The Framework course is affordable too: just $75.

Not all loans or down-payment assistance programs allow buyers to complete homebuyer education online. Please check with your lender before registering to confirm that this course meets your programs guidelines. Homebuyer education registration fees are non-refundable. If you will also need a one on one pre-purchase counseling appointment with one of our staff, there is an additional charge of $25.00 due at the time of that appointment.
Homebuyer Education Certificate Workshop
You are registering for a 3 hour Homebuyer Education Workshop with Home Partnership Inc. If you need a 5 hour or 8 hour Homebuyer Education Certificate for mortgage financing, a one on one counseling appointment is required. The pre-purchase counseling component should be scheduled within 7-10 days after your class but no more than 90 days. These appointments are only available on business days during business hours. The latest start time is 3pm. These appointments are held at our office in Joppatowne, MD.
All Homebuyer Education Classes require a registration fee of $25.00 per household. No seat is reserved until payment is made. We do not take any registrations by telephone. The website will automatically remove the class date from those available when capacity has been reached. The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, you can re-schedule for a subsequent class.

For The Next Class
A limited amount of class scholarships may be available for participants who are pre-qualified with a lender and at or below 50% of Area Median Income for their household size. To request a scholarship to cover the registration fee for class, please click the button below to print then complete the Homebuyer Education Scholarship Request application and email or fax to us at counselor@homepartnershipinc.org or 410-679-3200 . Please also include a copy of your pre-qualification letter and a copy of the most recent pay stub and Federal Income Tax Form-1040 for each adult in the household. Be sure to include the date that you wish to attend the class on the application form. Our counselor will review and notify you of decision on scholarship award within 2 business days of receipt of request in most cases.
